The staff really cared about our comfort and enjoyment. They were always available and eager to help with sightseeing, dining recommendations, and making the most of our time in the city. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently situated close to all the major attractions and offered easy access to the best of the city. The full Scottish breakfast was a highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and hearty breakfast options, which gave us a great start to our day of exploring.

The room we were initially assigned was small, with barely enough space for the two of us to move around. We had to pay extra to upgrade to a larger room, which felt disappointing considering the price we were already paying.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was super clean and spacious, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Rose Street and the city centre, yet nestled on a quiet street. The staff were friendly, providing us with a warm welcome and great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic selection of fresh pastries, juices, and a cooked breakfast served to our table. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location was great, with plenty of shops in Stockbridge and it was easy to walk to Rose Street. We were also close to restaurants and attractions, right in the city centre. The room was lovely and cosy, and the staff were kind and service-minded.

The breakfast service could have been better, with a long wait for the hot food order and lukewarm fried eggs.
